REFUND RETURN POLICY
Refund policy returns last 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in the original packaging. Items that were purchased on sale are not eligible for a refund. To complete your return ship back to the ship from address on the package. We require a receipt or proof of purchase with order number, and tracking number from your shipping carrier. Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
SweetGifts partners with global merchants and artisans in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. via our partnership with USPS. You can purchase our products through Goggle, Facebook, Instagram, and Amazon through are merchant partnership with them as well.
Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item could take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way. We also provide overnight shipping that you can select at the checkout to insure your product arrives on time. We will provide you a tracking number that you can use on www.beluszka.com to track your order with our GPS Tracking System. We ship to the Paypal or ship to address listed in the order confirmation. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser. Quick! Take a glance or two and double check your address is right.

THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER STOPPED UPDATING, WHAT HAPPENED?
If you're buying from outside of the U.S. (particularly in Canada), your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation! Note: Canada's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds.
Note: if for some reason your order is never released by customs, we'll send you a replacement! Check it twice! Once an order is placed we are unable to make any changes to the order, including cancelation. This includes if you have ordered a pre-order item. Address changes are not able to be made once the order is submitted. Here at SweetGifts we are committed to providing quality products and on time delivery. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages but will work with you to make it right.
